"It’s a beautiful place but very inconvenient to get around especially staying at Villa. Our villa was so far from the beach. Our first night there was too much mosquitoes and bed was itchy until we asked them to change all bedding a few nights later. The villa was a very good size but not as well kept as I have liked. We got food poisoning from either the cups or the juices that we drink during breakfast buffet. Lots of their guests do not have food manners use hands instead of tongs."

"A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food."

"This is our second visit to this property. Still amazing as before. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous cliff villa with great sea views. Relaxing massages and great happy hour deals in the mornings. Staff were very friendly helpful. Staff were the key to this hotel. Definitely 5 star. Only negative is the gym. Very dated equipment. Not 5 star standard. Needs a refresh. Would definitely return."

"The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

"Todella Siistit huoneet, allas alue ym. Meillä Aamiainen kuulu hintaan, ihan ok. Yllätyksenä tuli että sieltä ei saanut mitään päivän aikana tilattua eli ei juomaa eikä syötävää. Kauppa vähän matkan päässä mikä oli hyvä. Muutama hassu muiden majoituspaikkojen rukapaikka tarjolla. Spaata ei ollut olemassakaan mikä oli todella suuri pettymys. Ranta oli ihan kiva, mutta sielläkään ei ollut myynnissä mitään. Todella rauhallinen paikka. "
