"Nothing was as expected some Of the front desk staff was rude room didn’t look like picture and only 1 elevator was working it was my worst experience at a hotel"

"The room was not very well cleaned. Some hairs in the bathroom sink. Faucet not very well cleaned. Items still on room carpet that showed it wasn't vacuumed well. Staff for the coffee shop was very short handed for a weekend. Breakfast was good but waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich. For the price of the room, it was not completely satisfactory albeit the staff were very polite."

"Room could have been cleaner in the bathroom. Overall a good place to stay right by the stadium, arena and Congress Center. "
