The staff that I did interact with were very friendly and quick to assist. However, the room was not that great. We had to kill a roach and the bathroom was dirty. Someones bar of soap was left. There were also mysterious stains on the floor. We didn't bother asking to move as we arrived in late, were just staying the night, and left really early.

It’s just tired. There is NO elevator….couuld have been disastrous but managed. I did not see any mention of that on your website. Breakfast just adequate but not nearly enough for those who wanted to eat the full meal. Ran out of everything. So if it were an emergency I might stay again because of the cleanliness but otherwise a no.

Immediately upon walking in front desk insisted I pay $30 more due to arriving at 2:00pm CST instead of 3pm I explained the situation in detail, only car in the lot, only guest in the lobby, she did nit care and was rude, told her I’d just leave and get another hotel after driving 7 hours to get to her before my event which started at 3pm. She finally let me check in. Poor customer service skills, no elevator had to carry everything up by hand and no air in hallways, 100 degree weekend.

I usually am happy with Microtel but this one is not well maintained. There were small bugs crawling on my bathroom floor both days. Carpeting in rooms and halls were visibly stained and some areas were shredding. No elevator which was a problem since I had hurt my back and couldn't carry a suitcase but the gentleman at desk carried it up for me. I feel like it was pricey for the condition.

Nice stay

Room was clean and quiet. We took a walk around the neighborhood. We didn't know how to work the Direct TV and they were so helpful getting us going. The waffle machine was not hot enough to cook the waffles through, but there was sausage, eggs and biscuits plus yogurt and cereal so it was okay.
