Our bed was too firm for our liking, we've requested a topper and it was brought straightaway, making the bed so much better. "We stayed one night to see the Hoi An Memories show and be close by, but wished we could stay longer. This is a first class resort with awesome facilities. Rooms are big, modern, comfortable and immaculate. Hotel and grounds are beautiful and the pools are super nice, especially the infinity pool overlooking the river. Breakfast has a large selection and was delicious. Everything about this place was A+ including the service. It even smelled wonderful and had lots of flowers and trees. However...

"Big modern rooms with very good AC, refreshing pools and delicious breakfast. The banana pancakes were awesome. Best of all, the staff who constantly makes sure that customers are happy. Both ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to both of them (Linh & the other lady) who made arrangements for local show tickets. Don’t hesitate to use their bicycles to visit the rice fields, a wonderful experience!"
