"Room was excellent, staff was ok, breakfast was not partaken . The construction was not posted online and difficult to navigate. The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination."

"My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the added security. Lots of dance-floor space with no furniture. The was very little space for any clothing for anyone that likes to unpack and not live out of their suitcase for a week. The vinyl floor in our room was not at all clean...actually pretty nasty. The location was convenient for getting on the highway. Hopefully things will be better when...

"I had three rooms and in one room there was a pair of used underwear in the corner and in another there was a meth pipe under the bed.Told someone at the front desk and it was immediately taken care of but we were there with our three year old granddaughter and what if she had picked up either one"
