"We only stayed one night, and we didn't have time to stay for breakfast, but reception staff were lovely, plenty of space for parking and everything was perfect. We hope to return in the future. Thank you. Lynne."

"Shower and bathroom in general were dirty and mouldy. Was questioned when requesting a wine glass as there were none in the room. Also no teaspoons and a minimum of coffee and milk, not restocked for the following day."

"A nice family on-the-road stop. Highlights: easy access, quiet through the night, comfortable bed. Lowlights: 2 minute noodles were in the kettle from the last client, and the adjoining brick wall had about 4 or 5 finger-sized holes drilled into the brickwork, which were really a bit odd/creepy. We blocked them up with paper in case they were cameras? More likely just nail holes for artwork, although a bit low for that… but surely there’s a reasonable explanation. Other than that, would book...

"I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok."

"The room was clean and well-maintained and had all the basics. Unfortunately some internal walls are thin (my neighbour had a cough), the common areas are old and worn, and it's on a busy corner. If you're a deep sleeper, go for it."

"The unit was attached to a private house but was private with lockable car parking. The breakfast choice was very good and we had enough fresh milk to enjoy cereal, tea and coffee. If you like to use a face washer you should include one in your luggage."
