"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"As soon as the gate was opened we knew we had arrived at a special Chambre d'hote. The property was well maintained, welcoming hosts and very comfortable and ekegant rooms. "This was a great property and a very fair price. Super well positioned if you are touring north Burgundy as it 4 mins from the A6. A huge supermarket just 11 mins away. Well equipped kitchen. My only problem was that all the communications came through Expedia including the code to get the key. So you need to be really sure you can access your Expedia messages to enter the property. Several guests were struggling a little bit with access when we were there - although they all seemed to get in eventually!"
