It was an ok stay. Ppl were very nice mostly but lady at reception desk when we checked out (around 6 am) was beyond miserable. I remember she was blocking the thru way w her blue hummer too. She should not be representing Hyatt.

We loved the Hyatt House for our stay. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are treated nicely by the staff and they are very accommodating. They make you feel special and do all they can to keep you happy. Will stay there again.

Didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel so I didn’t like that…they claim they gave me a pet free Floor room however there were bugs 🐜

There is no garage on the property so that is inconvenient. The stay was very nice other than that.

Good ocean views, good breakfast, clean room & friendly & helpful staff. Robert - the valet - is absolutely great, friendly & always helpful. He's a joy; we missed him on his day off!

Very personable and helpful staff. Enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Kitchenette in room was great but mini refrigerater was small, no freezer. Ocean view from balcony was wonderful.

Overall, very nice updated place. I mean the pictures speak for itself, but lets talk abput why its a 4 rather than a 5. The pool area was lacking (indoor). Also, it could be me but that thermostat was a bit more complicated (nothing crazy), but again was more than likely user error. If you have no desire for a big indoor pool (I mean its by the Ocean I get it) then i'd say go for it.

We stayed off season, parking was convenient and not too expensive, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. I’ll definitely come back another time.

Great hotel! There were some minor issues with the room, but overall, it's a beautiful hotel property in a prime location with a good breakfast and free parking nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are lovely, and it's great to have the beach and boardwalk. As it is February, there are very limited dining options. However, the very close grocery store that Hyatt staff told me about made everything easy. It was a peaceful pitstop on a long road trip with the dog. A caution to one staff member to avoid being too cute with comments to newly arriving clients: we are exhausted and it you make it "all about you" it can seem annoying. A focus on welcoming us rather than your rules and how to avoid "annoying you" are what we pay for.

Antonio, Della, Robert and Kelly in the staff are superb. No one cleaned our room until we asked, the housecleaner was rude and unhappy, she bleached the bathroom so bad we were miserable breathing bleach. Then she asked i.hope you aren't allergic to bleach. Other than that the bed was comfy.

Parking is not free unlike every other hotel aroun
Well I checked in no one ever mentioned that parking was not included so it was a surprise amount charged to my CC after checking out. Someone could have at least mentioned at the time of checking in. We checked in and it was like ID , CC to put on file and told us where to park and what floors and gave us a brochure to hang up on our mirror. Done
