Hotel is very outdated. Expensive for what you get. It is listed as beachfront but its about 2 blocks from the beach. Beds are very comfortable and clean sheets. Tub was dirty. Staff was friendly.

It was an okay property pretty mid too be honest. This was only decent because you’re close to a beach and you have nice restaurants around you. So if you going to VA beach and mostly spending times out door this is just a good place to sleep and leave

I stayed with my husband and two children. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. Some cosmetic needs to be done such as broken bathroom tiles, shower loose items, and some stains on the towels. Room temperature was good and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable.

Overall, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, just outdated. Where it fell short was the check-in/out process. When I booked our stay months ago, I reached out to the property requesting a late checkout (12pm vs 10am) and was advised it was approved and notated on the account, to remind the staff at check-in. While checking in I was told they do not do late checkout at all (not what the website or listing says) and that we would have to be out by 10am. I showed the staff my written communication advising of a late checkout and was told they would not honor it. My only other comment is I do feel the $65 “resort fee” was excessive for how outdated the property is and the lack of amenities.

Appreciated the ease of check in. Staff was available to get the bedding necessary for the pullout bed and the missing coffee cup. Chris was great at check in. Queenie got us checked out quickly. The amenities met our needs. Cleanliness is very important to me and we were impressed at the cleanliness of the entire unit.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was very comfortable. A special mention to Lasandar , who works there—she was extremely kind and welcoming. She made my birthday even more special with her thoughtful and friendly service. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in my stay. I really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The room was bigger than expected. Location was great. Only complaint is our keys stopped working on day 2, we didn’t notice till 11pm when we got back for the day and we waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk. A kitchen garbage can would have been a nice addition.
