"First time in the area and did not know what to expect, thankfully Best Western has maintained their quality. The room was clean although it could use some improvements like lighter color walls and some wall decorations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. The room could use an air freshener of some sort. Our biggest problem was the noise, all night it sounded like some one drilling or banging on the wall by the bathroom. It was so disturbing. We told the staff but they said no one was working, which although was true. I wished they went there and investigated the noise. So we endured through the night.... but will definitely ask for another room. Maybe they need to check on the noise situation."
