"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in.
Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became inoperable as well. Guests were stuck inside and had to pry the doors open to get out.
This created a very frustrating and concerning experience for everyone staying at the hotel. Proper communication and maintenance of essential amenities like elevators should be a priority."
