"Staff was nice, room was okay"

"The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had a foul smell and something that looked like a fan was running when I got to the room. Seemed like they knew about the scent and left the fan to try taking it away. Also, the bed was a little shaky when you moved. I only needed to be there for a few hours so I didnt complain to the receptionist."

"It's exactly what you're looking for if you're looking for somewhere to stay that's not going to be too picky, as long as you're not too picky. Especially if you have a smoker or a vaper or a pet with you this could end up being just about your only option.. Well, I'm gonna say you're only reasonable option. Because there might be another one, that's not so nice as this one. And things may not seem perfect here, but the beds are always clean and the towels are always clean, so ..the baseline is...

"Very comfortable stay"

"This is my third stay at this property. It has always had clean rooms, beautiful landscaping and is very quiet. They do provide cleaning during your stay without request. The staff is not super friendly or helpful and there are very minimal amenities - coffee is not available until 6 am which is not great for horse show visitors. Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the night and good value."
