"The staff at the reception was not professional. The lady at the desk did not believe me when I said our reservation included breakfast. She asked for proof so I showed her our reservation itinerary and Confirmation number, which clearly stated "Free breakfast". She said I have to send her an email! I showed her my itinerary again. She refused to accept it.
Finally she called Expedia customer service. Customer service person told her that we had free breakfast. She still refused to accept it and told the person on the phone that she needed an email. Then the customer service on the phone then asked to talk to the manger, she said the manager was not there. Finally after half an hour of discussion she gave us the vouchers for the breakfast.
This was unnecessary and uncomfortable for me to waste half hour back and forth, especially when I clearly showed my itinerary to her and she didn't believe it.
