"Beach view was beautiful. However the pool area needs to be updated, actually the whole facility needs to be updated. It was no toilet paper in the room at first. Also the check in wait was long because the agent accidentally charged the wrong room for a $150. Basically you have to do your own cleaning before you let your family do anything if you are like me. Also parking is limited, unless you wanna park across the street and around the corner!"

"We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...
