"Our stay was very relaxing and the staff members were accommodating. There were a few concerns however. When we arrived at our unit there were tv problems and calls to the front desk went unanswered. There was no informational booklet in the unit which would have been useful. The TV issues were resolved the next day with a visit by a very pleasant staff member. The hot water was, at best, warm. You had to run completely hot water for a luke warm shower. Had we not experienced the above issues, we would have posted a 5 rating. Even with the issues we experienced, we may revisit the resort sometime."
