"Pool was closed due to glass broken. Maybe wouldn’t have happened if they had better supervision on property. Kids are running around the area, climbing on the rocks by the waterfall,etc. furniture it’s very dated and uncomfortable as a rock! Golf carts are constantly going and very loud! Checking in I told the gal my husband had a heart condition and she put us on the second floor and NOT walking distance to the pool/ammenties!! "

"The rooms were clean, and the layout of the resort is really nice. The front desk staff and concierge have excellent customer service skills. We ran into a situation at the resort that left my family with no water pressure which became an inconvenience for approximately 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend."

"They Cancelled my reservation with no warning, no contact, and despite multiple contacts as yet have no refund. This ‘hotel’ cancels any ‘non members’ in favour of members. They do not warn you about this. Just terrible."
