"Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up and we were put in the wrong room but this was quickly rectified and we got upgraded. Staff assisted with booking taxis and also bus tickets. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Only issue was that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for food in the evenings so we had to make other plans but the staff were helpful with that also. "A nice property in Budva. Reception and concierge were very friendly and had great customer service. Restaurant staff was kind. A few of the young men working (like the taxi-boat driver and buggy drivers) can use a lesson in hospitality. They were rude and dismissive. Beach was beautiful and the boat service to old town was great benefit."
