"It is a modern hotel with usual amenities. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The closet space was very limited. They have restaurants and bar on the property. There is also a mall at walking distance with large food courts with many food choices and sit down restaurants. The city center is about 20 min walk from hotel. There is also a hop on hop off bust stop right in front of the hotel. There is also a indoor swimming pool in the ground floor which can be crowded on busy days. Overall good property for a stay."

"Our economy double room was just barely adequate--really too small for two adults with large suitcases. We stayed two nights and so were really affected by the small size of the room. Contrary to the photos on Expedia, the bath was in a closet: a tiny sink at one end, the toilet at the other. To take a shower, one had to pull a curtain to shield the toilet and then lift a knob on the sink's faucet to divert water to the handheld shower head on the wall mount. To clear the mirror and get the floor to dry, we had to use the squeegee provided by stepping out of the bath closet. We figured out that only one person could be in the room to shower, so the other went down to breakfast while the other showered. While walking down the hall, we noticed other rooms had nice hardwood flooring; ours had blue, matted indoor-outdoor carpet. some of which was wet when we arrived. It looks like, eventually, all the rooms will be updated; it was just disappointing that we ended up with an older room. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent: fresh bread, rolls, jams, cold cuts, cheese, hard- and soft-boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee. The staff in charge of the breakfast room was efficient and made sure trays were cleared away regularly and that the food items were replenished when needed. The reception desk staff was wonderful, too--they helped us in many ways. Last note: The hotel also offers 4-hour use of a laundry room with washer and dryer for a reasonable price."

"I ordered a room with two single beds but got one queen bed, so I had to crawl over my husband to get to my side. Hotel said it’s Expedia fault."

"My second stay here and still as amazing as the first, the upgrade cost to a harbour view is more than worth it, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, i find the location ideal for sightseeing there is walking involved to get to the centre but no more than 10-15 minutes all on the flat and in my opinion it is a very pleasant stroll. The hotel is next to a shopping centre with a wonderful food court so after alomg day out exploring its perfect to get a meal close to your room, and even better get a takeaway and sit by the harbour and enjoy the view. A metro station is 5 minutes away but also easily walkable straight from central station, just take the steps exit from the platform straight up to the street. I also took advantage of the online check in, i was able to alert them of my arrival as i rolled into the car park and instantly had my room details and digital key, no queuing at the desk straight to the lifts and to my room. I cant wait to visit again."

"The hotel is situated within 20 minutes walk from Copenhagen Main Train Station. The check-in area felt more like a concierge service rather than a standard reception area, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed it."
