"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. "No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The"
