"The pool at our hotel was closed so both hotels guests congregated at the one pool in the other hotel. The breakfast at the other hotel was closed, so all the guests from both hotels congregated at our hotel – was a very long way to get breakfast there are few real human beings to contact with any questions – for example, parking, or restaurant reservations. They’ve moved so far in the direction of automating that they’ve made it nearly impossible to get human assistance. Without said, the rooms are great for kids in terms of layout and amenities and park access is great!"
