"I traveled with a friend and we had an excellent time. The hospitality of the staff workers are top-notch. The resort is very clean. I didn’t get to try the buffet, but I heard that the food was delicious at the buffet. The food at the bar was very good. Everyone was just very welcoming and friendly. I can’t depict in words how wonderful my short day was and how amazing I was treated definitely recommend and I definitely will be back."

"The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating.
We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim."

"We loved everything about this hotel. It has a great mid-century modern vibe. Rooms are well appointed and super clean. We had a King room that overlooked the pool with a private balcony with table and chairs and a chaise lounge. The staff is so friendly and kind everywhere you go on property. Zuzu's is great for an onsite restaurant and their bar serves great crafted cocktails.
Loved that it has two pools, one that is quiet and perfect for reading a book and the other has live dj's on the...

"The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean.
A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

"Overall great experience. Kids and I had a lot of fun and spent the day at the water park. Only suggestion is if you want to swim outside of water park hours, make sure you get a room next to the other pool. It’s on the other side of the property from where we stayed and I didn’t realize how far it was. Definitely not a walking distance I preferred."
