"The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was hardly any kitchen equipment. I had to ask for pans. Rubbish was not collected and new toilet paper was not supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the place is in urgent need for maintenance and a serious overhaul."

"The service was poor we barely had any towels we kept on asking for towels and were told that they’re short of towels. Hand towel was only given once the cleaning people never even checked in if we needed additional towels finally, we got towels a day later. The hotel was very dirty. "The first day the bed sheets were dirty wen I arrived.
The light of the room didn’t work.
They changed me to another room.
It was better.
