"Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the...

"Clean inside and out. Alot of options for breakfast. Tasted good and fresh. The lady working the breakfast room was friendly and helpful."

"The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice. Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location."

"The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there."

"Disgusting"

"Reservation was for Mon July 6th thru 7th. I went to this hotel twice trying to check-in. I was informed that their Wi-fi was down. I had no place to go I had to sleep in my car. I want to be reimbursed my $58.00 dollars. Its not my fault they had no Wi-fi. I was there and could not get a room."

"The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer ."

"Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit."

"We were in Room 204. Probably could use a new bed and box speings. Other than that, it was fantastic. Didn't see or hear any ghost, but I am really good with that."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Delta Inn in Jefferson, Texas. The property is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are super helpful, genuinely hospitable, and go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend!"
