"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. "Property was great. Staff was great. The pool was wonderful. But I do not recommend eating at Aeon. After 2 hours and 45 minutes...we received all of our meals. An hour apart from our family of five arrival of 1st meal. The restaurants manager did not offer any explanations or apologies. The food was not as good as the Isla Brown's food service provided."
