"Unfortunately, the room did not meet the expected standard of a deluxe room at all. Due to a family emergency, we checked in late and had already informed the hotel in advance. We were told where the key card would be placed, which we were able to locate.
However, upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a very strong and unpleasant smell. The condition of the toilet was even worse and clearly not acceptable in terms of hygiene. We attempted to contact the hotel multiple times, but...
