"I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately..."

"It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!"

"Ich reiste alleine, um mir Triest anzuschauen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht war aber gerade wegen Modernisierungsarbeiten an der Außenfassade verdeckt. Die Klimaanlage war leider fest eingestellt und konnte ich nicht regulieren. Die Lage ist super, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Gerne wieder."

"This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate!
