"We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...

"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge...

"Es war hervorragend in dieser Unterkunft zu bleiben! Auch wenn’s nur eine Nacht war. David hat uns netterweise alles im Haus und im Garten gezeigt, aber auch viel über die Umgebung erzählt! Wir haben sogar kostenlos Karten für die Seilbahn (verschiedene) und für die Bergbahn bekommen! Dadurch konnte man über 100-150€ für 5 Personen sparen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Danke David "
