Très surfait , le service n’est pas à la hauteur de la façade , même pire à la limite du professionnalisme. De plus la « patronne » a une notion très particulière et différenciante de l’accueil qu’elle réserve à ses clients. Dommage , le cadre et les chambres sont de qualité.

We came to Vonnas to go to 3 Michelin Star George Blanc nearby. Loved the grounds and the room. The staff was disorganized and not very helpful.

素晴らしい！の一言に尽きます。

一人旅で一泊しました。連泊しなかった事を後悔してます。 ここは全てが行き届いており、ブラン氏の人柄と世界観が感じられる、美食家達の為の楽園、ジョルジュブラン村と言えます。 まずはお部屋係の配慮について述べましょう。 夕食前に鼻紙一枚をゴミ箱に捨てたのですが、食後部屋に帰ると、もう片付けられていました。 今や日本でさえ、そこまで気の利く人はなかなか居ないでしょう。これぞおもてなしの心です。 フランス人シェフのお料理は、日本人にとっては少し塩辛く重い傾向があります。 欧米の方はお酒をよく召し上がるからでしょう。 その点ブラン氏の料理は、塩は控えめでソースも軽やかです。だからと言って削りすぎた、まるで和食のようなフレンチではありません。フランス料理の真髄であるソースを十分に堪能出来ます。 奄美の黒糖や青森の黒ニンニクにここで出会うとも思っていませんでした。シェフは日本を良くご存知なのでしょう。全てのお皿が素晴らしかったので、シェフがテーブルを回っていらした時に思わず立ち上がってお迎えしました。 庭の見えるとても美しい屋内温水プールとジャグジーがあり、水は温かくてゆ〜ったり出来ます。 ガラス張りの建物は自然との一体感があり、温泉露天風呂が大好きな私達日本人にピッタリです。 食いしん坊なら、行かないと一生の損ですよ！
