"The room was relatively clean and smelled clean. The water pressure in the sink was very low. The shower water pressure was also low but the water did get hot. Breakfast was really good. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage. Along with cereal options."

"We arrived after 9pm so the lobby was closed. We just called them before arriving and the wonderful worker got me all checked in over the phone! She was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay."

The breakfast appeared to be the same dried out sausage from the previous several days, not edible. The desk personnel were hard to understand, it’s America, speak English! I won’t be returning!"

"This property has obviously been refurbished recently! The peaceful nature themed interior decor was beautiful and the wood furniture offered plenty of storage. Thoughtful details like additional shelving in closet area and the Keurig coffee maker were nice. There are plenty of amenities such as multiple pools, a playground, and outdoor movie screen that would be great for entertaining kids. The staff helped us with late check in procedures. When we needed hand soap, the cleaning staff delivered it and also refreshed our room even though we weren’t scheduled for a cleaning that day. The room was meticulously clean and I’m very particular about cleaning. Be aware the bathroom is rather small, but nicely redecorated. The breakfast was continental, but also offered microwave grits and oatmeal, as well as boiled eggs. It met our basic needs, but The Pancake House is just across the street for a more extensive meal. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cade’s Cove!"
