Hotel dekat VooDoo Lounge

"This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean."

"The breakfast staff were especially sweet and relatable."

"Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!"

"I wanna start this review off by saying that the staff was absolutely excellent and very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms twice. Both of the initial rooms that we were given on the first floor smelled like urine and pet odors. Those were in building C. The room that we were given in building A was tolerable but not pleasant. There was no hot water to take a shower at 8 AM. I tried everything letting it run for about 10 min. Then I decided to step in and just wash the important parts...

"Rooms were sub par. Trash on the floor in the bathroom with Band-Aids laying around. Burn marks on the countertop in the bathroom and the smell of smoke in the hallways making it into the room. Was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend it to anyone no matter what the cost is."

"I accidentally left a piece of jewelry and the staff hasn't found it. Hoping when I call in the morning, it has been turned in."

"Pretty good place to stay."

"The modern beauty of this gorgeous hotel was stunning! I felt like a celebrity when I walked in, the service and the hospitality was amazing! The room was huge and I had a corner high floor room! The hotel bar was gorgeous and the servers were very friendly and efficient! I'll be back!"

"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!"

"Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!"

"Clean place, close to a ton of stuff to do. Nice rooms."

"staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!"

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."
