"This was my first experience with a BnB. I found the whole experience extremely favorable, though, initially, I was a little worried about the instructions for accessing the property. I did receive them the morning before my visit. The initial notification was just a confirmation of the reservation. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the fact the the owner(s) covered all guest contingencies, from sanitation on down. Good job! Yes, i would stay at the BnB again if the situation...

"This was much different from my usual stay. I normally stay at hotels or something similar. This was a unique experience in the best possible way. Ike was so thorough through out the booking process and the property owner Mike was fantastic. Very hands on in letting us know whatever we needed and welcoming. This is much like an Airbnb experience but you can actually book for one night which was nice. The bed was amazing, haven’t slept like that in awhile. They provided bathroom hygiene products....

"Had a sweet stay! Opted for the room with a shared bathroom, never had an issue where there wasn’t access to a bathroom when I needed one. Host was welcoming and considerate to our needs. Would stay again! "

"Toilet in master dirty. Hair and cobwebs on stairs. New Master bed needed. No condiments as simple as coffee available. Very noisy with ambulances and helicopters all night. "

"This was a great alternative to a hotel, in a very good Center City location. The place was clean and mostly well-appointed, but they need better blackout shades in the bedroom and somewhere to put your clothes that isn’t the floor—a shelf or two in the huge closet."
