"We had a family room and it was very clean and spacious. However our stay wasn’t so good here. Kids (aged 13 and 11) found the sofa bed not comfortable at all and had trouble sleeping. The cushions were too soft for us again affecting our sleep (although we didn’t request new ones) The room was too hot! The Air Conditioning was set on 18 but didn’t work that well. We called the reception for someone to check but she said no one was around to check and nothing she could do! Thankfully we were...

"Rooms are a bit on the small size but adequate for myself and wife and 4 bags. The restaurant was available for lunch and dinner and was truly excellent. The breakfast was decent but not special. The staff was excellent. One negative was the shower - it was clean and modern and fully functional however the shower water temperature was not steady - it would with no warning change from comfortable to freezing cold to scalding hot in seconds. Made showering an unwanted adventure."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang und das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Es ist kein Designer Hotel, jedoch gut bürgerlich. Parkplätze sind Gebührenfrei und neben dem Gebäude hat es Ladestationen von Tesla. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das Hotel in Schaffhausen wieder buchen. "

"Great location bang opposite the main station, few good supermarkets next to it as well. As we were the first guest to check in to the hotel we were welcomed by a nice bottle of wine & some chocolates too. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or even a bit longer. Look forward to coming again to Schaffhausen and city pop."
