"Hotel staff were beyond amazing and helpful. Beautiful rooftop bar on site. Hotel is close to cruise port, about a 5 minute drive. The hotel staff recommended going to the restaurant directly across the street, and the food was great. Hotel is in walking distance to various shops, stores and restaurants, including Zara. The hotel was difficult with the beds being so low to the floors but might have been a misunderstanding from the ad on my part. It was a convenient location for an early morning ferry and Uber was only 9,00 directly to the ferry loading area."

"I was left out on the street after traveling all day and not being able to check my email. I couldn't get into the room and nobody was there to receive my phone call. This hotel does not have a reception desk. There was no human in sight and the lights were dim. I only received a message in the morning, at which point I was accused of forcing the door and shutting down the system. The owner was rude to say the least."

"The location of this hotel was very convenient for Piareus. When making the reservation, I booked a room with three twin beds. Upon arrival, it was two twin beds and a cot. Luckily my daughter is small enough although she is 18 and she slept on the cot. Did not appreciate it being advertised as three twin beds when it was a cot. The staff allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated after traveling for 16 hours! Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly!
