"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."

"The location was perfect. It was close to the train and bus station, as well as the beautiful waterfront dining and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice balcony, hot shower, comfortable beds, nice linens. The staff were very friendly. They stored our bags for no additional charge after checkout while we explored the town. I would highly recommend. It was perfect for us."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "If you want to stay by the lake, this is the place. Splurge for a lake view. Its worth it. It’s not near the old town though. 30 minute walk or a cab ride."

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"Staff was helpful. Arrived late and went directly to bed after cleaning up. Room was alittle warm even when setting theramast on highest setting for cooling. They did send a person from the desk up to check but not anyone to fix it. Appreciated the shuttle to airport and close proximity to the airport."
