"Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen und der Service sehr gut. Es ist eine kleine Anlage mit kurzen Wegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön renoviert, nur der Balkon war sehr klein. Nach ca 10 min zu Fuß war man im Zentrum. Direkt über die Straße war das Meer, aber kein Strand bzw nur sehr grober Kies. "

"The staff was very friendly and Kind. The food was very good and dinner/ lunch menu changed daily so you never had the same.
The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel (2 minute walk )

"Staff is very friendly, hotel is quiet which we liked. 2-3 floors blocks, spread out, well designed to make it calm and relaxing. Main Restaurant is great, with fantastic views facing the sea. Beach is good immediately outside hotel. Quiet area outside.
Only things we didn’t like much was bathroom not having walls (yes, it was open, except toilet), the air con being positioned above bed instead of a place where you don’t feel the cold air blowing into us while sleeping and the mosquitos, which...

"The staff is amazing! The guests weren’t so friendly…likely because my fiancé and I probably don’t look like people they feel could afford to stay at the same resort they booked, but rude all the same. The staff and locals made up for it…they made us feel right at home every time we left the resort, starting with the taxi service the resort arranged for us each trip into the city."

"Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive.
Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board.
Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."

"This was a 1 night stay prior to a longer booking, in a basic room. I was also here last year. Don’t be scared of a solo trip, the people are fantastic and you will be made to feel very welcome and not alone.
The guests are hit and miss, some are a bit rowdy, some doing photo shoots the whole time but it’s easy to find some quiet space. Most are couples in their 30s. The rooms are soundproofed, I stayed on a top floor and couldn’t hear any neighbours which was a relief, food is fantastic but...

"Absolutely fabulous. We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. "The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We went for part of our honeymoon and offer the dinner as complimentary.
There are some mosquitoes and bees in the room because the independent pool is surrounded by tree but, we had plug in repellent that we brought which was useful.
The buffet quality and staff from dining was awesome. "
