"Moldy shower curtain. We paid for new one. Control for the heater was broken,we were freezing all the time,we wore our winter jackets all the time. We ended up leaving two days early because we were sick of freezing .stayed 5 days paid for seven days. Broken patio door that we were told to wedge a long stick in to lock it an stop cold coming in. Only a half of roll of toilet paper for seven days. The staff was nice.the boss was in Vegas for the holidays. "

"The service was not what I have experienced in earlier stays. They, somehow, had no knowledge of my Expedia booking for the two rooms but were able to accommodate me. When I went to check out at 8 am I was told that they normally don't open the office till 8:30. While the staff person did accommodate me, it seemed to be an unusual statement for the hotel. The antique decor from previous ownership is still in place, which I appreciated."

"You know those made for TV movies that are always on when you wake up at 1am from a nap and think you missed the bus even though you’re 30 and living in your parents basement? Yeah, this is that hotel in the movie. We had a room that was clearly a smoking room at one point. They did their best to mask the smoke smell but like your grandma’s 82 Cutless you can never get rid of that smell. Check in staff was friendly so no complaints there. The vending machines weren’t stocked and the breakfast was exactly what you would expect from a Super 8 that lost its will to live once it realized it was partially transitioned from a motel to hotel and ran out of money to complete it. Would I stay here again for $168 a night? No….BUT if you’re a career pack a day person who doesn’t mind the door handle not always working to get out of the room this is probably the place for you!"

"Very basic hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk. Coming and going, I never saw a staff member at the front desk except when I rang the bell when I checked in. Pillows on the bed were so deflated, so I asked housekeeping for an extra pillow or 2. After being told they would replace the pillows on day 2 of my 7 night stay, the pillows were never replaced or offered an extra. I ended up taking a pillow from a sofa in the lobby. During my 7 night stay, housekeeping only attended my room once?? I was also disappointed to find several big red ants in my room. Hotel was very quiet which I appreciated with several restaurants and convenient store nearby."

"I paid car rental and expected to get a rental car, which I soent hiur from the airport to the car Rental place, then I thought could just simply leave. Surprisedly top of the Rental cost I already paid, and the clerk request me to pay $35.00 for tax, this is kind like rap off. So I feel really uncomfortable, which I didn't take rental car, instead I took Taxi..."
