Great location and the sunset lounge is really cool. The food variety for breakfast and dinner buffet is okay but not a lot of variety from day to day. Main complaint is the charge for bike rentals and the pool is a little cold, but I was there in December (the windy cold season)

Very nice resort. Everything so clean. Food was very good. Great location to walk to beaches, old town, and the prison. Ocean view not worth the extra money. Staff was all very nice. When laying by pool didn’t get the most attentive service but that’s ok.

Perfect stay on Con Dao

Had a very nice room with a soft bed. The spice restaurant offers a variety of Vietnamese food and good prices. The hotel offers small tweaks to make the stay even more pleasant, e.g., goid night chocolates with kind notes and loose tea :) Thank you the hotel and restaurant team for a good stay at your hotel.

We had a lovely stay in The Secret. Enjoyed our spacious room with the view, bed and bedding is comfortable. Nice cosmetic products. Staff is kind, sometimes translator app had to be used though. Pool was great and huge, gym is much better than in most hotels and has view over the sea. On weekends breakfast area can be a bit too crowded, on some days the hotel was very quiet. We had fullboard option with meals. Lunch was a great deal, although the two of us had to eat the same. Dinner options on weekdays when there is no buffet was mostly western food and again had to be shared between two. However after having spoken to the manager we were offered a great solution and more variety that we appreciated a lot. Spa worked with quite high prices and although was a nice experience and very clean, not all massage I received were up to my expectations.

A Secret no more, wonderful experience throughout. The Secret restaurant was excellent, we ate there twice. Comfotable rooms, but could have done with a proper wardrobe and drawers. We were charged for accidently breaking a cup, which we not happy with.

We had a great time thanks to a staff member named Anh who helped us to book taxis and find the best beaches. The beach outside the hotel is also very nice, and the Con Son prison museum is right next door.
