"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. "The locals call this place The Palace and it is an exquisite hotel. Staff greeted us with prosecco and Belgian chocolates. Nice touch! Staff always smiling and extremely friendly. Highly recommend."
