Hyatt Place Waco
The room was filthy and full of bugs and insects I told the staff and they did not care or would give me my money back. They said they would send an exterminator the next day. But that does not help us. We have pictures and videos of bugs in our room. Had to sleep in bug infested room

Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area
Only one working elevator, which made being on the 4th floor aggravating. The pool was very dark, small and the waterfall was SO loud (nothing like the pictures).
