"Very nice and clean :). furniture up to date the only sad side is they put something on floor tiles to make it look shinny it just bring them of a look of being dirty and sticky! They need a professional cleaning using degreaser to remove what they had put on the floor something like Spray mine ! That also apply to the lobby and the dinning area for breakfast"

"Average place to stay not too far from RDU. Standard amenities you will find in most Hampton Inn locations. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There were many guests with dogs, which did not bother us but worth noting in case that’s a concern. The carpet and hard surfaces on the first floor had signs of repeated pet accidents. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, creating quite a disruption, and the breakfast was missing many of the usual items...

"Room was newly remodeled and clean, with plenty of places to charge my devices. My only complaint has to do with Hilton Hotels as a whole. Their main customer service line is unhelpful when you can't get online. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, however."

"Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, powerful showerhead, great Black out curtains and the heat worked well. Cons: People yelling outside my door as soon as the sun came up both days. The smell of cigarette smoke every time I had to cut the bathroom light/fan on. I guess it sucked it under the adjoining door's cracks. The couch with all the holes and tears in the upholstery should be replaced. Side note: I have never booked a suite with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in the kitchen...

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"I over slept didn't get breakfast i have always enjoyed my stay although this time there was a couple issues with my stay they were going to me take an upstairs room and I have health issues i would have ended up at the hospital had it not been forthw first room not being cleaned proper the next room there was no water pressure in the sink to wash hands or brush your teeth and the only other issue was the pool wasnt open my belief is if a motel has a pooĺor whatever i feel it should be available...
