"It's a great place to go to relax, you have the cove about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The staff are great very helpful, the breakfast is great and the evening meals are great too, the room was clean the one I stayed in, the bar is good too the beer is local as well just up the road to we're the mill is."

"Genuinely lovely and helpful staff, beautiful settings, decent last-minute deal. Unfortunately Expedia missold us a double room which was actually a twin room. Unworkable water pressure from shower meant we had to shower outdoors amongst beer kegs. Nevertheless Angel manager John did his best to sort things out within 30 mins on the morning we checked out, supporting us in being appropriately compensated by Expedia. Not the best stay but unmatched commitment to customer service."

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
