Visitamos el hotel en diciembre, hicimos un tour de 4 horas en una camioneta Toyota, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable, el tour definitivamente vale la pena. llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in, moríamos de hambre y no tenían nada de comer hasta las 6:30pm, pienso que deberían tener alguna barra de snaks para venta. El concepto estå muy padre pero les falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la entrada se atoraba y nos costaba trabajo salir, las burbujas ya no son 100% transparentes se ven opacas, y estån todas parchadas por dentro, también consideren que son burbujas infladas con aire, entonces todo el tiempo estå circulando mucho aire, en diciembre eso es un problema. Fuera de eso es una experiencia que vale totalmente la pena, la comida estå muy muy buena!

Staying at Rum Bubble Luxotel was truly an out-of-this-world experience. From start to finish, the staff made everything seamless. We were picked up at a nearby gas station, and they drove us with all our luggage into the desert by jeep (about a 15-minute ride). Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and staff kindly helped transport our bags to our bubble via golf cart. We arrived around 5 pm, so the bubble’s covers were open, and we could see straight through — absolutely magical. After freshening up, we joined the 4x4 jeep tour organized by the hotel. At only 35 JD per jeep (not per person), it was a fantastic deal. Watching the sunset across the desert and visiting filming locations for famous movies was unforgettable. Back at camp, we enjoyed a buffet-style dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Later that night, I did the sky tour (20 JD) and loved getting the chance to use a telescope to view the incredible night sky — such a unique highlight. Our bubble itself was spotless. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the shower facilities were also clean, though some of the flooring and robes felt a little outdated. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The next morning, breakfast was also served buffet-style, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, Rum Bubble Luxotel gave me a magical desert stay filled with comfort, adventure, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a once-

Joli site, les infrastructures sont trÚs bien faites mais un peu vieilles... en tout cas notre bulle. Au vu du prix, nous aurions apprécié que le jacuzzi fonctionne et que la porte de la douche se ferme sans devoir la tenir tout au long de la douche. Sinon, trÚs bien manger et belle experience

It was a unique experience. I enjoyed the Camel ride at Sunset it was beautiful. The guide was so kind being 80 years old it was challenging but I felt safe. The food was high quality with many options. The bubble room was not up to what I saw online I was disappointed. The air conditioning couldn’t keep up and one day we all had to spend the day in the reception area. The nights were comfortable. One day would have been perfect unless you like to hike and climb the rocks.
This is my family on the Sunset Camel rides the views in the desert were breathtaking.

Not as good as expected

Good things - cool place to stay, the bubble tents offer a great view of stars over night. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very good. Comfy bed. The rest - if you’re expecting something ‘lux’ don’t book. The place was probably nice when it was new but it’s very tatty now, rooms are very worn in. Service is not great. The shuttle bus driver fell asleep at the time of the shuttle and no one could contact him meaning we were late for our tour. The hammock was missing and took a couple of hours for someone to sort out. The jets only worked on half of the jacuzzi.

The room is smaller than expected and have a lot of areas need maintenance, the view is great but need to be a bit careful as some area like living & on your way to bathroom could be very transparent to people outside as well. However, the staffs are great, try to help out whatever they can so have to give credit to that

Les bulles sont lĂ©gĂšrement vĂ©tustes, peut ĂȘtre un manque d’entretien bien que nous puissions comprendre la difficultĂ© de maintenir en Ă©tat parfait ce genre d’infrastructures en plein dĂ©sert. DĂźner : demi-pension trĂšs bien vu la localisation. Mention spĂ©ciale aux personnels de restauration vraiment au petit soin pour les clients (deux jeunes femmes asiatiques particuliĂšrement attentionnĂ©es), merci Ă  elles. Uniques bĂ©mols : l’agent de rĂ©ception, bien que trĂšs aimables, un peu trop « dĂ©tendu » Ă  notre goĂ»t au regard des prix pratiquĂ©s par l’hĂŽtel et le responsable des activitĂ©s vraiment peu aimables, voir carrĂ©ment dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă  cause d’une incomprĂ©hension concernant les moyens de paiement. Point Fort cependant : qualitĂ© des activitĂ©s, mention spĂ©ciale Ă  notre chauffeur/guide, aimable, prĂ©sent mais pas Ă©touffant. Juste ce qu’il faut d’explications sur les diffĂ©rents sites puis il s’efface discrĂštement pour nous laisser profiter. HĂŽtel que nous recommandons chaudement.

Luxury money but not a luxury stay. Water stains, bubble pod need to be maintained. Food average and no water unless you want to spend 6JD on it.
