"The room was clean. The comforter had a few holes in one of the beds, the cold water in the sink was warm, the keyless entry card had to be reprogrammed 3 times on our last day, there was no non slip mat in the shower and it was very slippery. As bad as it might seem with this review, our overall experience was definitely good but not excellent."

"The room was clean and the staff helpful. We were disappointed the pool was already closed for the season, but that is my fault for not seeing this info on the property information. The room was missing a remote that was quickly replaced after a trip to the front desk. The main issue during our stay was the awful smell in the hallway to our room. The room smelled fine, but the hallway had a strong, eye watering smell that was hard to describe. When I asked at the desk they said they were aware of it, but not able to find the odor. We were not offered a new room, but held our breath when entering the hallway. There was also a rodent trap in the hallway which makes me wonder if the odor was a dead animal somewhere."
