"The hotel is a Boutique type hotel, very Vibey with the David Bowie pictures and the guy in the bunny costume (if you stay, you’ll see it). The rooms are really cute with the old style little refrigerator and the best stocked bar I’ve ever seen in a room. As far as food goes, I would not recommend eating here. You are in New Orleans! Go elsewhere as this food is nothing special. The rooftop bar and pool are really nice, but if you get too many people up there, you are not going to want to get in that pool. It’s small and by the time we got up there they were probably 100 people on a Sunday night and the pool looked very murky. And the bartender seemed very overwhelmed and not friendly at all. *****On the flipside, the BEST employee at the hotel is Chris who works in valet! He is so friendly, helpful and just a downright nice guy. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have him and he should be utilized elsewhere with that outgoing, charismatic personality! He made up for the murky pool and the less than great dining experience."
