"Hands down the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We came down for the first day of Jazz Fest and this property just made our trip spectacular.
Everything was great I don’t even know where to begin, from the location, the property, the room, to check in/check out. There are so many pros, this is going to be our forever property whenever we come down to NOLA.

"In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later.
Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any."

"There was no continental breakfast! There is NO onsite parking, paid for off site parking at a rate of 40 per day IF you did not take your vehicle out it could have been more Stated valet parking, we did not see anyone and there were cars in front of the lobby so you could not unload you suitcases. We had to carry our luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. With no staff help! The girl that checked us in was super nice, friendly and very helpful. The other girl not friendly or helpful...

"We were pleasantly surprised with the all-suites hotel. The room was spacious and well arranged. The breakfast was delicious. With the bad weather, we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked nice. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, conversations, or BYOB. The hotel is close to the Convention Hall, but walkable to the French Quarter for those that are used to walking. Note that the valet parking lot is not covered."
