"The staff was great. Very comfortable to be there. A little old school for some people , but it was great for me. I'm guessing it was a top-notch hotel back in the day.But they have built industry around it. There is a chinese restaurant and a little bar on the premises."

"The hotel is older but has been kept up. Recommend getting the oceanview rooms, the city view was noisy from outside traffic and people. Do not recommend eating from the Grille, it's not good food. Overall, I would recommend the hotel but just have realistic expectations."

"Just be aware that the two story buildings (there is a tower building) do not have an elevator and it’s pretty difficult to carry your luggage up the steep stairs to the second floor of these buildings."
