"For a family it’s perfect, laundry, pool, close to store, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Made breakfast every day so we could get going, then enjoyed local flavors out and about.
There was no air conditioning, but we were fine with sliders open, locked screens, lots of fans. Staff are attentive and friendly, we used the pools and clubhouse games. Changed my mind about condos, with kids it’s a must."

The staff was friendly for the most part, but one employee stood out because she seemed unhappy in her role, which made our interaction feel less welcoming. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the opportunity to experience something different."

There is convenient shopping right across the street for groceries and other things one might need. The staff was always very helpful. Our family really enjoyed themselves at the Waipouli Resort and Spa by Outrigger."
