"This place is a joke and the employees are liars. Tell me why I stand at the front desk with my Expedia open and ask if I should book through them or if I should book through the hotel and the attendant tells me book through Expedia, so I do. Then my travel plans change and I end up having to leave a day early to attend a funeral. I go to the front desk and ask for a refund for my last night stay and they say you booked through a third party you get a refund through them. I call Expedia and they say they call the hotel to get the refund approved. The hotel denies the request, I go to the front desk again and ask for a refund or reason for the denial and Raj the attendant tells me that “just have them call again I will have my supervisor approve the refund” I get in touch with Expedia and they call him AS IM STANDING THERE and Raj tells them “no refund”. I’m sorry what how do you and other employees lie directly to my face. I don’t get the point, you wasted my time having me reach out to Expedia and its upsetting because it’s just another customer to you but to me it’s an additional $80 which makes a difference especially during an unexpected plan change and emotional time. This place is disgusting, and in case you need to make a noise complaint don’t bother because you’ll just get told the person above you is a loyalty member and they can’t bother them, even though they were slamming things on the floor and stomping from 1-5AM. This place is a joke go to another hotel "
