"This is an authentic Austrian guesthouse with so much character and charm. We loved everything about it!! The staff were wonderful and even accommodated my brothers gluten free dietary requirements. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place surrounded by the Alpes and meadows covered in wildflowers. It’s only a short drive to Mittenwald . We had half board and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and excellent dinner. I give it 10/10"

"This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Oberammergau. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed here in 2023 and again this past July in 2025. The hotel is conveniently located in Oberammergau and is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. If we ever return to Oberammergau we would definitely stay here again. "

"I love how comfortable the bed is! I rested super well! The room was spotless. The staff has been very nice and has a good location. There is a bank nearby and a couple of convenient stores. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the center / Marienplatz. I’d recommend it for solo travelers if they plan to visit Garmisch"
