"I stayed with family. I loved the breakfast - Most definitely 10/10. It was very complete and everything was delicious. I also used the spa, which was exactly what I needed after a day of walking. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from beautiful Rapperswil."

"Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh."

"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....

"A self-serve check-in/check out hotel. Was a very easy process. Kiosk style check-in devices in little lobby also included free storage lockers (but first-come first-served). Room was very clean. Location is only a 10 minute walk or less to the train station. Hotel is close to the Mercato Central and plenty of restaurant options. Would stay again."

Front desk attendant upon arrival was not very friendly, however the attendant leaving was. Room was clean with basic amenities. Ice machine and coffee/tea available in lobby which was nice to have. "The hotel room was very clean and the view was INCREDIBLE! Also the gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner not turning on and he came up and swapped it out no problem. Would definitely recommend again stay here again! It is a little bit of a hike up the hill to get there. If coming from train station and taking the bus, take bus 14. It lets you out above the hotel and then you can walk down a hill instead of up."
